Current news…

  1. President Biden gave a report on the shooting down of several UFO’s. I was more confused after he got done.
  2. Russia thinks they are winning the war, but far from it. They have lost over 140,000 soldiers, (So far)
  3. The Southern Border has become a disaster area. Thousand of illegal immigrants crossing the border every day. Four border guards have committed suicide.

Daily rants…

1.Why does it take so long to shoot down a Chinese balloon. The balloon went all the way across our country and close to many military bases. What is wrong with this picture?

2. President Biden is trying to tell us that inflation is slowing down. Check your grocery bill. Eggs are up 74%. Many other items are as well.

3. There is just way too much crime in our country. The DA’s are getting very leinute with the criminals. They get arrested and are out the same day.

Important thoughts…

  1. A loser sees a problem for every answer.
  2. A winner sees a green by every sand trap.
  3. A loser see two or three sand traps near every green.
  4. The winner always has a program.
  5. A loser always has an excuse.

Be a winner.

Speaking about God…

  1. God has no future. He is always there.
  2. God has no potential. He is almighty.
  3. God has no surprises. He knows everything.
  4. You are here , because God willed it.
  5. God alone is the creator.
  6. He alone is worthy of our praise. You are made in the image of God.

Thank God For Today. You Never know if it’s your Last

Another beautiful day here. Few clouds, and a high of 75. Nothing can go wrong right?

Well, we know that isn’t true. Things can go belly up pretty fast.

I remember horrific stories from the day the twin towers were destroyed. Many dead, and lots of saddened hearts.

However, did you hear some of the miracle happenings?

A woman stopped at a shoe story on her way to work, and was there long enough to miss the danger.

A man made a wrong turn and drove away from the disaster.

A mother had to stay home because her child was sick.

A man was in a car accident. No one hurt, but he is still alive today.

God was working for many people. These are just a few of the positive stories from that day.

Why did God pick these people to be saved? We may never know. However, everyone of them had their lives change.

It is hard to comprehend why some things happen. I have turned down the wrong street myself, only to read in the paper the next day about a deadly crash happening on the street I was to be on at the same time as I was going by.

Here’s what I think…

Thank God for every day He gives you. He still has plans for you.

Never be upset if you are late for anything. There may be a reason.

Love your family more each day they are with you.

Always know that God is near. He is with you wherever you go.

We Need to Pray About Our Fears to Stop Panic

WE NEED TO PRAY RIGHT NOW

Thre no way to avoid it, we are in troubling times right now. There is the pandemic, rioting, wild fires, etc. A bit overwhelming don’t you think?

I have made a prayer list for myself that I do every day before I lay my head down:

  1. Pray for all leaders. From the president on down to our own local government.
  2. Pray for those you have trouble with. Love you neighbor as yourself.
  3. Pray for peace. There are many “hot posts,” in this world.
  4. Pray that the gospel will reach out to many and they will be saved.
  5. Pray for things that pleases God.
  6. Pray for your family, and friends.

We have many fears:

  1. Marriage-It is hard to have a good marriage if you don’t try hard to help it out.
  2. Job-There is much turmoil in the world now. Many people laid off because of the pandemic.
  3. Having enough money. Single moms wonder where the money will come for their rent.
  4. People wonder if life has any meaning. Sharp increase in suicides since the pandemic started.
  5. Many fear they are not accepted by God.
  6. Some think they are a failure.
  7. Others feel rejected.
  8. The opposite of # 5. People are afraid they are too close to od.

Jesus has got us covered my friends. He said it very clearly in:

Matthew 6:25-34 

“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed.

There is also a verse that shares these thoughts:

Philippians 4:6-7 

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

So where are you in your faith right now? Do you wonder if you are safe from disaster? Would you rather stay in bed all day then face the wolrd?

BE STRONG IN THE LORD!

Jesus is beside you 24/7. He will not sway. He will protect you and love you. He faced many more horrible things many times, and He never wavered.

Show others why you are not afraid or full of fear. Tell who has your back and that they should too.
